For those who are just reading about this, a tunnel used to store contaminated radioactive materials collapsed at Hanford Nuclear waste site yesterday, May 9th.

It is important to note as discussed in the above link to a Washington Post article printed yesterday: An August 2015 report by Vanderbilt University’s civil and environmental engineering department said the PUREX facility and the two tunnels had “the potential for significant on-site consequences” and that “various pieces of dangerous debris and equipment containing or contaminated with dangerous/mixed waste” had been placed inside the tunnels.

Reports indicate there are no radiation leaks or contamination, however the following video released this morning indicates otherwise:
