#ReleaseTheMemo Has Potential Of Proving Crimes Committed by Obama Administration

The FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) memo is the memo everybody is talking about, except nobody can really talk about it. The memo reportedly holds information that reveals FISA abuse from both the Department of Justice and the FBI linked to the investigation over the said ‘possible Trump/Russia collusion’. Members of the House are calling for the memo to be declassified and released to the public. Due to the classification of the memo, those who saw it were unable to discuss the content but they were allowed to share an opinion without stating what they saw.

“It’s troubling. It is shocking. Part of me wishes that I didn’t read it because I don’t want to believe that those kinds of things could be happening in this country that I call home and love so much,” Rep. Mark Meadows of North Carolina told reporters. Rep. Steve King of Iowa claimed in a tweet that the memo was ‘worse than watergate’.

In more recent events, Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida has expressed his concerns on Lou Dobbs Tonight show on Fox News on Friday over the corruption of the FBI. Gaets stated that the only way for the FBI to be seen as trustworthy by the millions of Americans that see them in a negative light is to be transparent. This means that they will have to come clean over the crimes committed by the Obama Administration and to release the classified memo that the House Representatives cannot talk about but have viewed.

Many media outlets, like The Wire, have attacked the Republicans calling for the memo to be released and they have also made claims that ‘Russian bots’ over Twitter are trying to trend the hashtag ‘#ReleaseTheMemo’. These claims are baseless and they have no evidence to back them.

The hashtag #ReleaseTheMemo has trended across Twitter and even President Trump’s son, Don Jr, picked up on the hashtag.

Although it is unconfirmed, it is rumored that the memo will have absolute proof that the Obama administration tapped into President Trump’s campaign headquarters, Trump Tower, during and for a short time after the election. President Trump is rumored to be on the list of people Obama spied on and this may explain why some of the Republican congress find this memo to be ‘explosive’. One can speculate but nobody can be sure about the said rumors until the memo is either released or leaked. Wikileaks is currently offing a $1 million reward for anyone who can obtain the memo for them so they can leak it to the public.

Despite Trump’s wiretapping, this memo could potentially land the Obama administration in hot water. Considering the past administration has abused their guidelines when it comes to surveillance, said explosiveness and the hype from house Republicans – the Obama administration may very well be paying for their said crimes against humanity.
